Citrus-Garlic Butter

Sometimes, a flourish at the end is all that you need to give pizazz to even the most basic of grilled foods. Look no further than today’s Recipe of the Day to top off plain grilled meats, poultry, fish or veggies!

Recipe of the Day:

Citrus – Garlic Butter

1/2 cup Butter, softened

2 tbsp Fresh snipped parsley

1 tbsp Finely shredded Lemon peel

1 tbsp Finely shredded Orange peel

2 Garlic cloves, minced

In a small bowl, stir together butter, parsley, lemon peel, orange peel and garlic.   If necessary, chill about 10 minutes or until easy to handle.
