Cucumber Dip/Sandwich Spread

This recipe is VERY close to the Cucumber Dip that I make.

Cucumber Dip/Sandwich Spread

2 Cups Plain nonfat yogurt

8 Oz Light Cream Cheese

2 Cups Cucumber, peeled

1/2-medium Onion

1/8 Tsp Season Salt

1/2 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce

1/2 Tbsp Vinegar

Put cukies, onion, season salt, worcestershire, and vinegar in a blender and blend until smooth.  Put the softened cream cheese and yogurt in a bowl and blend in the liquid with a mixer.  Cover and chill.

Blog Authors Note :

My Cucumber Dip (well, my Grandfathers CucumberDip actually, God Bless Him) is essentially the same as above, except the Cream Cheese is doubled and there is NO yogurt.  IMHO, the best chips to use with the dip are Fritos Scoops.
