Jerk Seasoning

Jerk Seasoning

2 tb Onion powder

1 1/2 ts Ground allspice

1 tb Sugar

3/4 ts Ground cinnamon

1 tb salt (I’d use sea salt)

3/4 ts Ground red pepper

1 tb Ground thyme

Stir together all ingredients. Store in airtight container at room temperature. Rub seasoning on meats or poultry before grilling or roasting.
