Okay, I guess I was wrong…

Even though I’ve made it before,  My “Pan-seared Steaks with Garlic-Peppercorn Cream Sauce” didn’t turn out like it did last time.  Before I post the recipe, I want to make sure it’s right, Which clearly it isn’t.

I think next time I make this I’ll leave out the cream and make a beef au jus and thicken it up like a gravy.  Both times I made the regular recipe I thought it was way too runny.
