Allrighty, let us get back into the swing of things.

Here’s a little tip that I learned:  If you are entering a cooking contest of sorts, don’t enter a dish (mine was a meat dish) that requires an additional sauce on the side to enhance it.  Trust me on this one.  People may not use the sauce and your dish only gets judged on half the product.

I’m calling shenanigans on the whole “Bin Laden is dead” thing.   Show us proof.

Try again, knuckle head.   Legislative, Executive, Judicial.  You’d think the people running the government would know a little something about it.  They don’t read the bills they are voting on.  They don’t listen to the overwhelming majority of their constituents (granted, A democratic republic is a rule of law, not rule of man).   How in the WORLD do these people get elected (or STAY elected)?

This is one of my ABSOLUTE FAVORITES!!

 

Coconut Curry Beef & Mushrooms

1 10-12 oz can of Coconut CREAM (Incredibly fattening, but that’s where the flavor is)

1/4 cup creamy Peanut Butter

2 tbsp Yellow Curry or Panang Curry (little lite-red tuna size can)

2 tbsp garlic
